CCC and the AI Governance Alliance
CCC is a member of the World Economic Forum’s AI Governance Alliance (AIGA), part of the Forum’s Centre for AI Excellence. AIGA brings together leaders from business, government, academia, and civil society to ensure AI innovation is transparent, accountable, and aligned with human and societal values.
Through AIGA, CCC contributes its industry perspective and gains insights that help shape frameworks, policies, and technical standards for responsible AI.
The company also participates in DRIVE-A (Delivering Responsible and Intelligent Vehicle Ecosystems and Autonomy), an initiative of the Forum’s Centre for Frontier Technologies and Innovation (CFTI), exploring the future of vehicle autonomy and the transformation of software-defined vehicles.

Meet Our Participants

John Goodson
Chief Product & Technology Officer
John leads the company’s R&D and product strategy, and oversees teams advancing AI, data science, and architecture that support insurers, repairers, and automakers. As CCC’s lead delegate to AIGA, John contributes to the AI Transformation of Industries working group and participates in broader AIGA meetings.

Andreas Hecht
SVP, Mobility
Andreas leads the company’s mobility segment and growth strategy, applying CCC’s cloud-based SaaS platform to deliver new value across mobility and transportation. He contributes to the DRIVE-A initiative, focused on the downstream implications of vehicle autonomy.

Reza Rooholamini, Ph.D.
Chief Scientific Officer, Group VP
Reza leads the company’s Innovation and AI organization, directing a diverse team of data scientists, developers, and engineers focused on designing AI-driven solutions that optimize claims, repairs, and customer experiences. He contributes to the AIGA’s Safe Systems and Technologies working group, helping inform standards for safe and trustworthy AI systems.

Kristyn Emenecker
VP, Product Management
Kristyn guides CCC's product strategy and innovation efforts. She participates in the Forum’s AI in Financial Services initiative, which explores how AI is transforming business models and risk management in the financial sector, including insurance.

Today, CCC’s AI-powered solutions help predict vehicle damage and costs, convert damage photos into line-by-line estimates, generate subrogation demands, identify potential injuries, automate total loss predictions, and deliver data-driven insights earlier in the claims and repair process.
