Workforce Development

The auto repair and insurance industries are facing a growing talent shortage. That’s why CCC is investing in programs that prepare the next generation of technicians, engineers, and innovators. Our partnerships with industry organizations like the Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF) and SkillsUSA are making this possible.

CCC donates millions of dollars in software and scholarships to help students at 850+ CREF schools gain hands-on repair experience and launch meaningful careers.

CCC's Commitment to Responsible AI

CCC's participation in the World Economic Forum reflects its commitment to shaping the future of responsible AI. It also reinforces CCC’s role as a trusted partner to customers and the broader industry, navigating AI transformation — ensuring innovation is not only accelerated but thoughtfully applied, to deliver measurable value.

For more than a decade, CCC has led the development and deployment of AI solutions that help people do their best work. CCC’s work spans predictive, deep learning, and generative AI, with exploration efforts underway for agentic use cases. Today, CCC’s AI-powered solutions help predict vehicle damage and costs, convert damage photos into line-by-line estimates, generate subrogation demands, identify potential injuries, automate total loss predictions, and deliver data-driven insights earlier in the claims and repair process.
