Making a Difference Where it Matters Most

Our Vision
At CCC, our vision is to shape a world where life just works for our customers, partners, employees, and communities. Giving back is part of who we are.
Through our investments in workforce development, STEM education, and community impact, we’re doing our part to build a stronger, more sustainable future for the auto claims and repair industry and the people who power it.

Workforce Development
The auto repair and insurance industries are facing a growing talent shortage. That’s why CCC is investing in programs that prepare the next generation of technicians, engineers, and innovators. Our partnerships with industry organizations like the Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF) and SkillsUSA are making this possible.

STEM Education
Life can’t work without the next generation of technology leaders. As a technology company, we believe in the transformative power of emerging technologies and talent. We provide under-resourced communities with educational opportunities, giving them greater economic mobility and inspiring them to be part of the innovative, evolving tech sphere.
Black Girls Code
CCC works with Black Girls Code to shape the next generation of tech leaders. In addition to other donations, we host their annual STEM summer camp at our Chicago headquarters. CCC employees present our latest technology and work with Black Girls Code mentors to lead workshops, play educational games, have fun, and ensure learners are empowered and inspired.

Community Impact
CCC’s charitable giving and community impact program amplifies the generosity of our employees by matching donations and volunteer hours to drive meaningful, measurable change in the communities where we live and work.
As part of our mission to help build a more equitable, resilient, and thriving Chicago region, we’ve forged primary partnerships with United Way Foundation and Corporate Coalition of Chicago in addition to proudly supporting a broader network of nonprofit organizations, including: the Greater Chicago Food Depository, Toys for Tots, La Rabida Children’s Hospital, Cradles for Crayons, Nashville Rescue Mission, Feeding America, and many more.
