Inside CCC's Integration with Repairify

Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) are foundational to vehicle safety, but identifying required calibrations and documenting them correctly remains a challenge for many repair facilities. CCC Intelligent Solutions and Repairify are working together to make that process easier, faster, and more consistent.

Through the integration of Repairify’s adasThink into CCC Diagnostics Workflow, estimators now receive real-time ADAS calibration recommendations – right at the point of estimate creation – backed by OEM documentation and without leaving CCC ONE®.

From Reports to Real-Time Insights

CCC and Repairify's partnership began with an integration between CCC ONE and Repairify's asTech diagnostic solution, which allowed diagnostic and calibration reports to automatically attach to the vehicle workfile. That early step toward automation laid the groundwork for a more advanced integration with both asTech and adasThink when CCC launched Diagnostics Workflow.

"At its core, adasThink is an automated research tool," explained Repairify CEO Keith Crerar. "It's not presenting new information – everything comes from the OEMs – but a lot of that guidance is scattered or locked behind paywalls. We do the legwork to make it instantly accessible."

adasThink analyzes estimate content – like a bumper removal that might impact radar sensors – and flags OEM-dictated calibrations or scans. That information is then pushed directly into the CCC estimating platform, allowing estimators to review and add these items to the estimate with just a few clicks.

This not only improves efficiency but gives shops the ability to include accurate line items earlier in the process, ensuring calibrations are performed and documented properly from the start.

Supporting Shops at Scale

By delivering adasThink's insights inside CCC ONE, the integration also opens up new visibility for both independent shops and MSOs. Shops can now better understand what calibration opportunities exist, what’s being captured, and where gaps may exist, without switching systems or workflows.

"Our customers want to know what their calibration opportunity looks like, and how much they’re capturing," said Crerar. "Delivering that insight in the platform they already operate their business from just makes sense."

For Repairify, the integration has also helped drive awareness and adoption. "We've seen long-term growth in both the number of vehicles processed and the size of our adasThink customer base and we're confident this CCC integration has contributed to that," he added.

Building on an Open Ecosystem

As the first diagnostics provider to launch this type of integration with CCC, Repairify sees value in being part of a flexible, multi-partner platform.

"Our customers need choice. Carriers need choice," said Crerar. "CCC's approach supports multiple integrations while still giving estimators a consistent user experience, and that ultimately benefits the shop."

Being embedded in CCC’s workflow also enables faster iteration based on customer feedback. "We've got the bones of it now," Crerar added. "And putting adasThink where shops already work creates a natural path for continued improvement."

Paving the Way for Standardization

One of the broader goals of the integration is industry-wide consistency. CCC's Diagnostics Workflow classifies calibrations by sensor type and procedure (e.g., static, dynamic, dual), providing a common framework that Repairify believes will help shops and carriers align.

"It's a great first step," said Crerar. "There's still a lot of variation across OEMs and carriers but aligning on terminology will make it easier to build consistent policies and reduce ambiguity for everyone."

Ultimately, the CCC–Repairify partnership is helping repairers deliver smarter, safer, and more confident repairs, with ADAS insights right where they need them.
