Githesh Ramamurthy is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CCC Intelligent Solutions, responsible for leading the company’s strategic growth while empowering CCC’s data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to innovate solutions that help keep people’s lives moving forward when it matters most.
Under Githesh’s leadership, the company has expanded its cloud-based SaaS platform of digital and data service solutions to become the trusted leader in AI, IoT, telematics, customer experience, and digital workflows connecting the auto insurance, automotive, and collision repair industries.
Githesh joined CCC in 1992 and has held several key management positions, including Executive Vice President of Product Engineering and Chief Technology Officer. He was named President and COO in 1997 and elected Chairman of the Board in 2000.
Before joining CCC, Githesh was a founding member of Sales Technologies, Inc., which became a world leader in field-sales automation software, later acquired by Dun & Bradstreet. He is also credited with designing one of the world’s first microprocessor-based cardiac monitors and holds a U.S. patent for claims-processing software design.
Githesh earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in computer science from Georgia Tech. He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Executive Management Program.

Neil de Crescenzo has been a CEO and senior executive leading some of the largest and most impactful organizations in the global healthcare information technology industry.
Most recently and up until October 2023, Neil was CEO of Optum Insight, a division of UnitedHealth Group with $18.5 billion in revenue. Prior to Optum’s acquisition of Change Healthcare, Neil served as Change Healthcare’s CEO, where he nearly quadrupled the company’s financial performance and led the company through its NASDAQ IPO in 2019.
Neil previously held senior roles at Oracle, where he led global teams across life sciences and healthcare, and at IBM, where he drove double-digit growth in healthcare consulting.
Neil has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Yale University and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Christopher Egan

Christopher Egan is a Managing Partner at Advent International Corporation, one of the largest global private equity investors. He serves on the Board of Directors of Ansira Partners, Inc., Clearent/FieldEdge, Definitive Healthcare, and Prisma Medios de Pagos S.A. Prior to joining Advent, Christopher was an analyst in the financial sponsors group at UBS Warburg. He has a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.

Bill Ingram’s career has included leadership roles in finance and general management at leading technology companies. Most recently, Bill served as Chief Financial Officer of Avalara, Inc., a cloud-based SaaS company providing tax compliance solutions to customers worldwide. Before that, he was interim CFO at Khan Academy, a provider of online learning resources. He was also Executive Vice President and Chief of Strategy for Leap Wireless (parent company of Cricket Wireless, now a division of AT&T), a facilities-based wireless service provider that grew to be the fifth largest in the U.S. at the time of its acquisition by AT&T. Before Leap Wireless, Bill was CEO of Nuera Communications, where during his nine-year tenure the company grew to be a leading provider of VoIP gateways, soft switches, management systems, and telephony solutions for telecommunications service providers worldwide. Bill has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Eileen Schloss has extensive experience shaping business and human capital strategy for Fortune 500 companies. Her background includes managing acquisitions, divestitures, and change initiatives while steering executive/board compensation decisions for Medidata Solutions, Rovi Corporation, and Apple Computer—crossing industries (health care, technology, media, CPG), business models, and continents (Asia, Europe, North America). She is currently an Operations Advisor to Advent International Corporation, one of the largest global private equity investors, and serves on the Board of Directors of Alteryx, Inc. She is also a fellow for the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), an organization that certifies public company directors. Eileen has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and a master’s degree in Technology Management from Pepperdine University.

Teri Williams

Teri Williams
Teri Williams is a member of the Board of Directors, President, Chief Operating Officer and owner of OneUnited Bank. She brings 30 years of financial services expertise from premier institutions that also include Bank of America and American Express. She currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Black Economic Council of Massachusetts (BECMA) and is an outspoken advocate for investment in underserved black communities, having been featured in Forbes, Fortune and other publications regarding her leadership in the “Bank Black” movement. Teri has received numerous notations and awards for her contribution to urban communities, including from the Urban League, NAACP and the National Black MBA Association. She received her MBA with honors from Harvard University and her bachelor’s degree in Economics with distinctions from Brown University.

Prior to Advent, Lauren worked at The Carlyle Group where she was a member of the US buyout fund and focused on investing in software and financial technology companies. Previously, Lauren was an analyst at McColl Partners, a middle-market investment banking firm. She also has worked on the investments in Allied S.A. and Tekion. Lauren also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Definitive Healthcare, Forescout and P2 Energy. She has a bachelor’s degree from Davidson College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
