What You'll Receive
After submitting a valuation request, adjusters will receive a comprehensive Valuation Report in 24-48 hours, or depending on vehicle type, as little as 8 hours, within CCC ONE®.
Your report will include information like Loss Unit and Comparable Unit details. At any point, adjusters can also ask questions or initiate real-time discussions with CCC's valuation team through an embedded, easy-to-access chat feature within the portal.
