One-time payments

  1. Select an invoice for payment. Multiple invoices can be selected
  2. Enter a payment method
  3. Option: You can save credit card information for future use by checking “Save payment” and then naming it in the “nickname” section. e.g. “Company American Express”
  4. Fill out appropriate information and select “next”*Invoices must be selected individually and paid in full. No partial payments are accepted.
  5. Review payment information
  6. Select “Pay”WARNING: Selecting “pay” more than once may result in multiple payments!
  7. Review the payment and print a copy for your records

Notice in the example (right) this payment was not accepted due to a problem with the credit card. Please be sure to note if there are any issues processing your payment
