Mark has been with CCC Information Services for over 11 years now with responsibility for CCC’s Automotive Market strategy. In his role Mark is responsible for defining the product integration strategy and roadmap for CCC’s suite of automotive products. Exchanging ideas with customers and CCC’s extensive field organization, Mark works to understand and document issues facing the collision repair industry which are in turn used to bring innovative new solutions to the marketplace.
