CCC Receives Supplier Recognition Award from USAA

USAA cites CCC’s integral role in two large-scale implementations and ongoing support

Chicago, IL, July 24, 2013 – CCC Information Services is proud to announce that it has received a Supplier Recognition Award from USAA, an award that is only given to select USAA business resources that have played a key role in leading or advancing the organization’s strategic initiatives. CCC accepted the P&C Claims Supplier Award at USAA’s annual supplier recognition ceremony held recently. USAA uses CCC’s integrated suite of auto claims processing and business intelligence software.

CCC earned the Supplier Recognition Award for its role in supporting USAA’s My Shop™ initiative, a technology-based program that allows USAA members who have a shop of choice to experience the same scheduling and cycle time efficiencies as the USAA direct repair network method of inspection. My Shop™ utilizes CCC ONE™ Workflow Open Shop, the industry’s first tool to support the electronic transfer of estimate information between a repair facility and insurance carrier without needing an established DRP relationship.  USAA also cited CCC’s cloud-based estimating tool, part of the CCC ONE® integrated solution, as integral to the organization’s ability to quickly respond to member needs. Both initiatives have had a favorable impact on USAA claims-related expenses, which helps keep costs competitive for their members.
