SubrogationCCC is currently developing a suite of products that meet customer needs for improved subrogation tools and results - both for demand and response side.
CCC Subrogate® Historical Part Services (HPS), the first in this planned suite of products, helps insurance companies review subrogation demands more efficiently. The HPS tool enables users to identify and price alternative parts that were available to the demand carrier at the time and place of repair. With this information, insurance carriers may achieve better outcomes in negotiation and arbitration of subrogated claims.
To improve efficiency, the customer will be presented with input screens that require a minimal amount of data entry. Part searches are facilitated by VIN decoding and a zip code or user-defined radius search from the repair facility.
The customer can select alternative parts and produce a report identifying the potential variances had the alternative parts been used in the repair. Operational reporting is available to manage user performance and track demands by insurance carrier.
