Select the Item link to open the Adobe pdf where your keyword search results were found, or the HTML page (as indicated by the round globe icon to the right of the 'Create Date' field) to view the pdf results as an HTML file.
PDF (Portable Document Format) files can be viewed and printed on any computer that has the Adobe® Acrobat® Reader program installed.
