CCC Information Services Inc., Enhances Estimating Suite by Enabling Pre-Lock Estimate Audits

Las Vegas, Nov. 4th - With its new CCC Accumark Advisor for repair facilities, CCC now offers the ability to automatically check estimates against an insurer's guidelines - as well as their own estimating guidelines - before locking an estimate. Integrated within the CCC Pathways®  Estimating Solution environment, CCC Accumark Advisor is designed to help reduce training time for new estimators, reduce supplement rates and increase repair facility and insurer satisfaction by providing automobile physical damage estimates that meet their guidelines.

CCC Accumark Advisor automatically reminds estimators to run an audit prior to locking and sending the estimate.  The Audit Function and Report feature allows users to select the Audit function from the CCC Pathways toolbar. Based on the rules and profiles created by the repair facility in the Online Rule Interface, the application can identify exceptions and return a detailed report of those exceptions. Estimators can then make estimate changes within CCC Pathways and resubmit the estimate for audit to see how the changes affect the automated electronic audit results.
