Among them:
- CCC Autoverse® Claim Management: an in-depth communications solution that assists insurance companies with managing the auto physical damage claims process from beginning to end. By enabling insurers to exchange claim information with their appraisal partners electronically, CCC Autoverse helps insurance companies streamline their claims processes and ultimately reduce cycle time—so that insurance companies can be more responsive to the demands of their customers.
- CCC Pathways® Appraisal Solution: designed with an integrated approach to the claims process. Appraisers can use the Windows®-based CCC Pathways suite with integrated digital imaging, as well as claim-audit and reinspection-management tools all at a reasonable price. Through the use of EZNet®, CCC’s electronic communications network, insurance companies can exchange information quickly and easily with repair facilities or field staff. Other timesaving features include the ability to simultaneously compare the costs of OEM, aftermarket and recycled parts, including related labor costs.
