DVD drive to load the Software Update Manager.
CCC Pathways software must be the latest version [4.40.02 or higher].
One of the following operating systems:
Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 4
Microsoft Windows 2000 Server Service Pack 4
Microsoft Windows XP Home Service Pack 2
Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2.

Please read the following license agreement before proceeding.

Welcome to the CCC Information Services Inc. (“CCC”) CCC Software Update Manager Portal.  This CCC Software Update Manager Agreement (this “Agreement”) governs the terms under which CCC may electronically provide CCC software (“CCC Software”) to licensees of such software (each a “Licensee”).  This CCC Software Update Manager Portal may only be used by Licensees who have entered into a written license agreement with CCC to use CCC Software (each a “License Agreement”).

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  CHECKING THE “I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE LICENSE AGREEMENT ABOVE” BOX BELOW CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

Licensee hereby represents and warrants that it is a Licensee of CCC Software pursuant to a License Agreement, and that all information provided in connection with the use of the CCC Software Update Manager Portal is true, accurate and complete.

2. ELECTRONIC DELIVERY TERMS

Licensee acknowledges that CCC’s electronic delivery of the applicable CCC Software licensed by Licensee is for convenience only.  IF FOR ANY REASON LICENSEE IS UNABLE TO RECEIVE  CCC SOFTWARE ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH THIS CCC Software Update Manager PORTAL, CCC’S SOLE LIABILITY AND LICENSEE’S SOLE REMEDY WILL BE TO RECEIVE A COPY OF CCC SOFTWARE ON PHYSICAL MEDIA PROVIDED BY CCC (E.G., A DISK).

3. USE AND DOWNLOAD OF CCC SOFTWARE

CCC Software is made available to Licensee subject to the License Agreement.  Licensee may not use  CCC Software in any manner that contravenes the License Agreement.  Licensee may download  CCC Software and each update, as applicable, only  once, and CCC is not required to permit the downloading of CCC Software or any update, as applicable, more than once.

IF FOR ANY REASON LICENSEE RECEIVES CCC SOFTWARE THAT LICENSEE IS NOT LICENSED TO USE PURSUANT TO THE APPLICABLE CCC LICENSE AGREEMENT, LICENSEE AGREES THAT IT HAS NO RIGHT TO USE SUCH CCC SOFTWARE AND IT WILL IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY CCC OF SUCH ERROR AND IMMEDIATELY DESTROY SUCH CCC SOFTWARE AND PROVIDE AN OFFICER’S CERTIFICATE CERTIFYING COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOREGOING.

4. PRIVACY POLICY

Any information Licensee provides to the CCC Software Update Manager Portal is subject to the License Agreement, and not CCC’s Privacy Policy.

5. BREACHES

Any breaches of this Agreement will be deemed a breach of the applicable License Agreement.
