Benefits

The following are brief high level descriptions of the types of benefits offered at CCC. Specific information about CCC benefit plans are provided at orientation upon hire.

Medical Insurance
CCC is proud to be in a position to offer competitive and comprehensive health care benefits to meet the needs of employees and their families. Our plans feature choice, access, and flexibility at competitive rates. Medical coverage is effective on the first day of employment.

Dental Insurance
CCC's dental coverage allows employees two choices in dental care, a Dental Maintenance Organization (DMO) or an Alternate (PDO) Plan. Dental coverage is effective on the first day of employment.

Vision Insurance
CCC's managed care vision program offers you a wide selection of doctors. If you select a network doctor, you will receive a comprehensive examination and quality lenses and frames covered in full except for the co-payments. This benefit is offered to all employees covered under the medical plans.

401 (k) Savings & Retirement Plan
Employees can contribute from 1% to 25% of their includable wages with pre-tax dollars. A diversified portfolio of seventeen  funds isavailable for selection. Employees can enroll for participation and realize the tax savings on the first day of the month after employment. After six months of service, CCC matches contributions at 50% on your contribution to a maximum of 3% of includable wages or the IRS annual limit, whichever is lower. The matching contribution for employees with annual salaries less than $33,400 will be 50% of their contributions up to an annual maximum of $1,000.


Short Term Disability
CCC's Short-term disability (STD) payments begin on the fifth day of disability and continue through the entire disability for a maximum of six months. STD benefits start at 90% of base pay for the first two weeks and continue at 60% to 90% of base pay depending on length of service. CCC's short-term disability program becomes effective after six months of employment.

Long Term Disability
CCC's long term disability insurance begins after six months of disability and continues through the duration of the disability, up to age 65. Long-term disability is equal to 65% of base salary. Benefits CCC’s disability program becomes effective after six months of employment.

Life Insurance
CCC's Life Insurance program is equal to their annual base salary. Employees are eligible to purchase additional Voluntary Term Life Insurance for themselves, a spouse or dependent children less than age 19. CCC employees receive term life insurance upon employment.

Paid Time Off
Our Paid Time Off plan is designed to help employees better manage their work/life balance by providing them with paid time off to address personal needs outside of work. Paid Time Off is provided in three segments: holidays, vacation, and PTO. CCC observes the following national holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day. Vacation increases as the length of service increases. During the first year of employment, vacation is pro-rated based upon hire date. Employees hired before April 1 will receive eight PTO days per calendar year. These days are at the employee's discretion with supervisory approval.

Tuition Reimbursement
CCC provides a tuition reimbursement plan for employees choosing to continue their education in job related classes. Tuition, fees and books are reimbursed according to a schedule based on the grade received.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Pre-tax dollars can be set aside for anticipated medical expenses not covered by a health or dental plan and dependent care expenses for children up to age 13. This program follows the IRS annual maximums.

Transportation Management Account
CCC employees can pay for mass transit commuting expense and/or parking expense with pre-tax dollars. This program follows the IRS annual maximums.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
LifeWorks® is a one-stop resource that assists in parenting consultation, personalized day care referrals, elder care referrals, information about financial concerns, legal matters, everyday issues and addition and recovery. This is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for employees and their family members. It is a service that is easy to use and provided at no cost to CCC employees.

Credit Union
CCC employees are eligible for membership at Corporate America Family Credit Union. The Corporate America Family Credit Union is a not-for-profit organization that provides a comprehensive package of benefits to its members including: Higher dividend earnings, lower rates on home equity loans, low-interest, highly rewarding VISA cards, direct deposit and payroll deductions.
