CCC ONE Ride

Increase Capture Rates with CCC ONE Ride

For many customers, difficulty securing a ride to and from a repair shop can prevent them from leaving their vehicle with you. So we teamed up with Uber to bring you CCC ONE Ride, a new service that allows you to treat your customers to complimentary rides.

Uber is a popular car service application that uses a phone's GPS to connect drivers with riders.

How It Works

Uber’s easy-to-use system allows customers to redeem their complimentary ride in minutes, letting you focus on what you do best—repairing their vehicle.

SHOP SELECTS OFFER AMOUNT

After the shop purchases the coupon code ($15 for one ride, or $30 for two rides), a text message with the offer is sent directly to the customer’s phone.
